Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
    • Oversee recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
    • Manage onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
    • Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
    • Administer employee benefits programs and assist with benefits enrollment and inquiries.
    • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
    • Assist in the development and delivery of employee training and development programs.
    • Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
    • Support performance management processes, including performance reviews and goal setting.
    • Conduct employee surveys and analyze feedback to improve workplace culture.
    • Provide support in HR-related projects and initiatives as needed.
