Company Name: REPUTED MNCJob DescriptionWork Location:MumbaiShifts: Comfortable working in Night shifts ( US Shifts ) ( Window 5pm to 5am )Qualification :Any GraduatesExperience:Candidates with HRO operations Experience ( Compensation & benefits / Compensation Admin )Data entry in various Human Resource systems (Success factors) and tracking tools.Update HRIS systems, which include, but not limited to internal and client-based applications with HR transactionsReceives requests from employees via the Clients ticketing tool.Reviews all input to ensure data is compliant with company practices.Communicates with employees to request corrective or additional data and confirm receipt of requests for processing.Analyzes output report to ensure data has been processed accurately, address errors with employees and initiates corrective action.Deliver qualitative output and meet expected standardsAdhere to SLAs, KPIs, CPIs set by ClientResponsibilities/Authorities

  • Performs data entry in various Human Resources systems and tracking tools and client specific systems and tools
  • Proofs data entry generated within immediate team to ensure quality of deliverables.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of Human Resources processes and related systems to effectively perform responsibilities
  • Researches and resolves data entry, discrepancies
  • Reads and understands all communications regarding client and Accenture HR Services processes to remain current with all job responsibilities
  • Participates in cross-functional training to fulfill team backup responsibilities as assigned
  • Refers customers to self-service options as applicable (systems, reports, etc.)
  • Participates in process improvement planning
  • Identifies and escalates complex issues to supervisor
  • Provides operational statistics as requested
  • Completes special projects as assigned
  • Supports and sustains positive work environment that fosters team performance through own work and behavior
  • Is receptive to performance feedback and works on improving
  • Core HR transactions
Required Competencies:

  • Prior exposure to Human Resources is desired
  • Prior exposure to working on Workforce Management Tools is desired
  • Subject Matter Expert in Workforce Data Management concepts is an additional plus
  • Prior experience as a mentor within the team will be an added advantage
