ProfileThis position is responsible for the firmrsquos HR functions across both our offices, with firm emphasis on building and managing highly talented teams across multi-disciplinary professionals. The role of HR Head shall be that of a key enabler at Axis in recruiting, motivating, training and rewarding talent. The position shall be responsible for:Laying foundations for further growth and institutionalization of the firmrsquos HR processes and management.Responsible for recruitment strategies and processes for attracting talented professionals with diverse knowledge and skill sets across industry sectors.Responsible for continuous training and skill set upgradation.Designing performance based evaluation tools and strategies for talent retention and motivation in consultation with Board of directors.Locate and contract senior talent on advisory/ consultancy basis in areas of our focus.Liaise with executive head hunters and recruitment agencies.To enable the diversity and facilitate the multidisciplinary skill sets, HR Head shall be actively involved in HR initiatives of our portfolio companies thereby providing a stimulating work environment.QualificationsPostgraduate qualifications in HR from a premier institution.Experience of having headed HR department of a medium to large company.Demonstrable track record of achievement and career progression.Familiarity with Indian HR practices, balance scorecards, 360 degree performance appraisals, EVA based compensation plans, ESOP schemes.Extensive contacts with HR firms.CompensationCompensation offered would be extremely competitive and would not be a constraint for the right candidate.,
