Job Description

Detail Job Profile : Criteria : PGD/ Diploma (HR/ PM) with 5+ years of Experience in IR, OD Practices and PMS.Other Key Skills: The incumbent should be well aware of statutory compliances prevailing in human resources areas. Good verbal and written communication skills, Interpersonal skills are required. Proven organizational and planning skills. Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point. The incumbent implements the organizations human resource strategy so that the organization attracts, manages, develops and retains the employees it needs to achieve its current and future business objectives. The incumbent manages the administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs as well as supporting established programs that foster a positive work environment and talent retention. The incumbent provides advice, assistance and follow- up on company policies, procedures, and documentation. The incumbent is also required to coordinate the resolution of specific policy- related and procedural problems and inquiries. NATURE AND SCOPE This person reports to the Regional Director, India and South East Asia and has dotted line reporting relationship to the Director, Human Resources, Asia Pacific. He/ She is responsible for managing Human Resources program to ensure that the organization s current and future HR requirements are met. The program including recruitment, training and organization development, compensation and benefits, performance management, mobility, equal employment/ affirmative action, employees wellness, health and safety, payroll administration, HRIS, employees communications and relation, etc. He/ She will evaluate the organization s future workforce needs in order to recommend changes to the HR strategy and adapt existing HR programs to meet the needs, liaise with line managers to develop and implement local HR strategies that are appropriate for their business needs and consistent with the organization s overall HR strategy.Identify the major, specific end results that the position is responsible for achieving. (Not statements of day- to- day details, duties or responsibilities.Achieve Talent Requirement as per Staffing Plan. Plan, arrange and conduct the recruitment process and joining formalities for new employees. Plan the manpower based on business objectives of the company. Will also budget the projected manpower cost for the year Design and deliver New employee Orientation programs on schedule. Also complete the confirmation formalities at the end of Probation period in timely manner. Pro- actively evaluate HR policies, initiatives and programs; and make recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness Identify training needs and implement new programs on learning and development that drive the skill up- gradation for new employees. Will also be involved to measure the training effectiveness of the arranged training programs. Manage and facilitate the employees in the areas of talent and performance management and career planning. Facilitate timely resolution of all employee relations issues thereby maintaining a good Industrial relations atmosphere in the company. Maintain statutory compliances related to labor by proactively submitting the required returns in timely manner. Identify and act on continuous improvement opportunities to benefit employees, company and self. Manages all the HR administration and payroll processes. Act as advisor to subordinate employee to meet schedules and/ or resolve problems. Develop and administer budgets, schedules and performance requirements. Frequently interact with subordinate supervisors, customers, and/ or functional peer group managers. Interactions normally involve matters between functional areas, other company divisions, or customers and the company. Ensure HR strategy is implemented effectively, within budgets, and complies with all regulations, laws and employment standards. Cooperate with Regional HRs in the review/ delivery of new programs in L&D, Rewards, HR systems and processes as required.,
