We have a very urgent job opening for the post of Human Resources Manager at Telecom industries at Worli, Mumbai.Candidates who can join within 15 days to 20 days shall be preferred.Kindly find below the job description for your kind perusal.1. Responsible for manpower planning and budgeting for the organization according to business and expansion plans. 2. Responsible for identifying good performers through various Reward & Recognition programs. 3. Ensuring continuous development of employees through various behavioural and functional training programs4. Setting up KRA/ KPI for all employees 5. Coordinating and facilitating performance review & appraisal process 6. Coordinating for HR Initiatives & Activities7. People management & grievance handling. 8. Identifying obstacles in the path of full & free development of staff potential and advice the management on relevant strategies to deal with them9. Compensation benchmarking and supervising payroll10. Co coordinating with consultants for statutory compliances 11. Monitoring other departmental activities such as employee mediclaim policy, HRMIS, departmental report generation and analysis etc. 12. Managing Exit Formalities13.
