Job Description

    Dear Candidate,We have the urgent opening for HVAC Design Engineer.Kindly find the job description.Role:Senior Design Engineer ( HVAC) .Qualification and Experience:BE ( Mech) with at least 3 to 6 years of experience in the design and site implementation field.HVAC Design Preparation:1.0 Preparation of HVAC DesignPreparation of Project related designs, Heat load calculations, relevant drawings, selection of equipment, Type of Units ,Ducting sizing, Grilles, Diffusers, for various type of Units such as DX Units, Ductable split AC Units, complete knowledge and design of Centralized Air cooled and Water cooled Chillers, from small to large ratings, Condenser piping . Design of cooling towers VRF Systems Refrigerant piping, Drain Lines, Basement Ventilation calculations. Selection of Ventilation equipment complete, understanding NBC, ECBC BIS ASHRAE guidelines,Should have worked on commercial projects (Eg. VRV/VRF, ChillersTender Preparation:Base on the above design, Preparation of Bill of Quantities for tender purpose, drafting technical specifications, producing design drawings using CAD, Word Processing, Excel sheets for BOQ, Preparation of Estimation, Short listing Contractors for works, obtaining quotes, preparation of Comparative statement.Responsibilities :Guiding all juniors working under you and getting the relevant work done on time and assigning proper responsibilities, guiding draftsman in office with work, keeping proper record of their progress and reporting any unusual performance.How to Apply:Interested candidates are required to forward their resume along with scan copies of their qualifications and proof of experience, degree certificate, etc.,Selection Process: All short listed Candidates shall be interviewed on line.Keywords / SkillsHvac design,VRF,VRV,Ducting,Piping System, Hvac Sales ,Billing
