Job Description

Task

  • Co-ordinating with PAN india Trade branches for EDPMS , IDPMS & EBRC issues.
  • Resolving queries received from Regulators like ED , Compliance , AML team and sharing it with the seniors
  • Interacting with the customers for submission of documents
  • Downloading of Various Reports from RBI EDPMS site and uploading of the same in TRRACS system
  • Reconciliation of rejected cases pending in EDPMS & IDPMS and sending mail to branches.
  • Preparation of EDPMS , IDPMS regulatory multiple MIS and publishing the same to PAN india locations within Prescribed Time
  • Sending Mailers to the client and Respective RM for EDPMS & IDPMS
  • Issuance of E FIRC to the clients
  • Reconciliation of IRM outstanding as per RBI and as per TRRACS
  • Monitoring of Rejection Received from RBI / Internal system and doing the rectification on daily basis
  • Interacting with BTG - IT Teams for resolving system related issues
  • Ensure complete, immediate response to client queries.
  • Conducting UATs for various system enhancements which are in Pipeline.
  • Closure of ROD / PRN cases in Trracs and in RBI site.
Requirement
  • Should have minimum 3-4 years of Experience in Trade Finance.
  • Need to have good knowledge of Imports and Exports.
  • Effective communication - Should be able to Interact with all Stake holders, Customers , Branch Officials.
  • Should be able to Handle queries relating to Regulatory Authorities viz. RBI, ED and Auditors.
  • Should be well versed with Microsoft Excel , Word , power point - 2010 as various MIS , Presentation needs to be prepared within the Prescribed TAT.
