Job Description

Profile: Developer ERP Reports & Lobbys & Bi analyses This role will have responsibility of operational reporting, specialized reporting development and deliver enterprise reporting and analytics solutions that will drive business results based on IFS ERP.Development of reporting requirements and standardizing report features and templates for Janoschka Departments.Work with IFS team to ensure requirements and data is organized and available for reporting operations.About the role:Development of Standard & Ad-hoc Reporting, Lobbys (Dashboards) and BI Reports:

  • Definition for generation & distribution of standard reports and IFS Lobbys
  • Develop Standard & Ad-hoc Reporting, Lobbys (Dashboards) and BI Reports
  • Propose recommendations / configuration of changes where applicable in coordination with IFS team and provide to execute
  • Review report built for historical data reporting before circulating to requestor
  • Design and setting up MIS systems, database testing, manipulation and automation as needed
  • Validate requests, post internal checks
  • Train people on IFS technology according to Reports / Lobbys
  • Technical Advise development partner as SOBIS or other
Helpdesk
  • Support IFS team in review and monitoring of reports and lobby
  • In case of SLA breach, guide individual team member in contacting requestor via helpdesk
  • Second level of escalation for any helpdesk service queries
Who were looking for
  • Bachelors in Computer Science/Engineering or MCA or Equivalent
  • Expertise in data modeling and statistics
  • Knowledge of development ERP reports, IFS Lobbys and BI statistics like PL-SQL, IFS BI, Crystal Reports, etc.
  • Knowledge of working with large data sets including: statistical analyses, data visualization, data mining, and data cleansing/transformation/processing
  • Progressive experience in a Reporting Tools, Reports & Lobby (Dashboard) development, Business Intelligence, Data Analysis and related fields
  • Some experience administering a reporting platform and engaging with multiple management levels across technical users and Sites and business units
  • Experience working with database developers to ensure reporting data sources are optimally tuned for reporting
  • Experience of reviewing reports
  • Ability to manage multiple/concurrent project tasks or requests
  • Strong verbal english communication
