Job Description

  • Set objectives for the HR team and track progress
  • Monitor internal HR systems and databases
  • Design and implement company policies
  • Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures
  • Address employees queries & Employee Engagement
  • Conducting Recruitment (Mid & Senior Levels)
  • Facilitating newcomers joining formalities
  • Reviewing & updating job descriptions for all positions regularly
  • Handling end to end recruitment via Job portals, referrals, social media and head hunting.
  • Preparing Job Description and Job Posting
  • Responsible for completion of the joining formalities for new joins on time, exit formalities and reference check of new joiners.
  • Drafting of official letters like Appointment Letter, Experience letter, Salary Increment, etc.
  • Managing employee appraisals and confirmation
  • Managing and maintaining Employee Personnel Files, details
  • Updation of all excel sheets related to employee details
  • Handling Recruitment up to Execution level
Interview Rounds:
  1. Email Writing Test.
  2. Resume Searches on Job Portal
  3. HR Round
Office Timings: 10 am - 7 pmWorking Days: Monday - Saturday
