Job Description

    *Role Responsibilities
    • Ensure data credibility and correctness of insights derived from BI process via testing.
    • Evaluate the staging data, ETL process, and BI reports for accuracy and adherence to business requirements.
    • Testing of dashboard / report based on the business requirements / design specification.
    • Validate / create test cases and scripts prepared for the initiative.
    • Capture defects in JIRA for effective reporting mechanism.
    • Responsible for coordinating with Dev team to get the issues fixed.
    • Responsible for gathering UAT Nomination, and providing UAT briefing session communications for GPS / Country SPOCs (if needed).
    • Responsible for engaging GPS / Country SPOCs for UAT execution and signoff.
    • Responsible for driving UVT successfully along with business users.
    Our Ideal Candidate
    • Mandatory 6 - 10 years of experience as a BI Tester and familiar with testing processes involving analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Microstrategy.
    • Experience with Testing & defect tracking tools such as JIRA.
    • Experience in creating test plan, test scripts and test strategy.
    • Strong in stakeholder management and communications with various teams such as BA s and other project team members.
    • Understanding of Analytics service models and technology platforms
    • Advanced MS Office Suite Skills including SharePoint
    • Agile methodology and practice
    • Jira, Confluence, Trello
