Job Description

    Job Responsibilities
    • Developing subject matter experience in footnotes and legal disclosure language (including offers, premiums, conditions, limitations, program agreements, etc.) required on print and digital marketing materials.
    • Working closely with Marketing and Legal to understand, analyze and indicate footnotes and legal disclosure language (including offers, premiums, conditions, limitations, program agreements, etc.) required on print and digital marketing materials (primarily credit card).
    • Analyzing marketing creatives (messaging, imagery, offers, premiums) to determine where a footnote / legal disclosure is needed and selecting the appropriate footnotes / legal disclosures.
    • Modifying marketing creatives and materials as needed to ensure they have the appropriate footnotes/ disclosures, communicating with key stakeholders on the usage of appropriate footnotes / legal disclosures.
    • Upholding highest standards quality, efficiency and organization with regard to creative execution, production and file/asset management -- the final product becomes the in-market asset that our customers and prospects will see.
    • Helping to maintain our library of footnotes / legal disclosures.
    • Improving and strengthening our end-to-end processes for indication, creating efficiencies and standards for the team and our partners to use.
    Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
    • Experience with Marketing creatives and disclosure language, preferably in Financial Services
    • Preferred knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite/AEM
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
    • Experience with QA methodology.
    • Is an excellent communicator - both written and verbally, including the ability to explain solutions in common business language.
    • A strong attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and exceptional organizational skills is required.
    • The individual should be a self-starter who demonstrates leadership, is a creative thinker with a proven ability to define and meet key deliverables.

    • Strong problem solving and time management skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
