Job descriptionRoles and ResponsibilitiesDaily / Weekly ASP / FME resource planning & allocation of sites for RAN & MW nodesPublish daily Team plan to all stakeholders.Material tracking & ensure ASP receives the material with POD & RFI verification.Ensure ASP & FME reach on-time with MITT, follow OHS procedures raising proper PTW & approvalEnsure ASP & FME is having site BoQ & Field MOPTrack ASP activity & ensure they report shortages & RFI issuesResolve Access issues with IP Technician / Vendor in real-time which are faced by ASPReport EOD progress & requirements of WIP / Completed Installation / Integration to IM (DPR)Hourly progress update on Installation / Integration in War roomEnsure E/// Quality Standards for Installation practices L1 L2 RSAEnsure FME can deliver successful integration & proactively support to resolve issuesEnsure FME & ASP do not leave site unless all alarms are clearedEnsure Site Acceptance is completed immediately after integration and RSA with customerEnsure Zero Garbage on-site & Excess material reported in DPR and MITT toolDrive fault rectification tasks & ensure guidelines are followed in swaps or modernization tasksGo on at least 4 site visits per monthPlan Training & Competence development of resources
