Preferably B.Com or any other graduatePreferred if done any Import/ Export courseExperience: At least 1- 2 years in Exports Job description: Co- ordination with overseas customers for orders, on quotation, through emails as well as over the phone.Write and follow up with suppliers for Prices, TDS, MSDS through email and phone.Preparing TDS and MSDS to send to the customers.Preparing the Cost sheet and giving to the Manager to do costing.Keeping records of Customerwise sales and updating Management on the same.Preparing list of Enquiries and quotation entries.Filing, taking backup of emails, etc.Maintaining Sales reports.Coordinating with the other departments, ensuring smooth and profitable operations.Assisting clients and solving their queries from the back end.,
