Project Management, Scrum Master roles. Requirements: Minimum of 10+ years of programming and systems design, deployment and management OR Master s degree and 8 years of management experience in programming and systems design, deployment is required. Demonstrated technical skills and knowledge of eCommerce platforms and B2B Integration. Deep hands - on experience with Front - end technologies HTML, CSS and CSS pre - processing frameworks (Sass, Less or Stylus), JavaScript, JavaScript libraries (Jquery), React.JS, Node.JS etc. Strong experience in developing Web APIs, MicroServices, Kubernetes, Dockers, Containerization etc. Deep, hands - on experience with .NET Web development experience with C# .NET4.x MVC, Bootstrap. Strong background in MS SQL Server, SQL Databases, and writing SQL stored procedures In - depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment), DevOps (CICD) Experience with unit testing libraries such as nUnit, Resharper, SonarQube etc. Experience with code versioning tools TFS, Git, Atlasssian Products (Jira, Confluence, Gliffy, Xray etc.) Experience with using middleware technology (Tibco, Seeburger) to integrate ERP systems such as SAP ECC (IDOC, BAPI, RFC), Mainframe andor legacy systems. Demonstrated skills and knowledge of SCRUM agile development methodology. Demonstrated skills and knowledge of API, Microservices integrations and Apigee API portal. Knowledge with CRM is highly desirable. Functional knowledge in at least one of the following functional areas: Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Supply Chain andor Finance, Quote to Order. Exposure to AB testing using Adobe Target Knowledge of Adobe Analytics Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills. Exposure to Agilescrum methodology and executing 2 weeks sprints. Good to have knowledge on B2B Integration including EDIXMLFlat File, API, Microservices, API management, ERP (preferably SAP ECC, Mainframe), with expertise in at least one middleware platform such as Seeburger, TIBCO, MuleSoft, and any other integration tools. Additional Requirements PMP, Prince2 or equivalent certifications desirable Partner effectively with customers and business to manifest vision. Direct engagement with business resources to gauge current and future strategic needs and analyze the impact. Demonstrated high competency in the execution of product roadmaps. Demonstrated competency in strategic thinking and leadership with strong abilities in relationship management. Demonstrated competency in managing third party providers, especially in IT development. Demonstrated competency in working with internationaloffshore resources. Managing resources to meet sprint goals. Leading multidiscipline, high - performance work teamsgroups. Demonstrated competency in developing efficient and effective solutions to diverse and complex business problems. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with a proven track record for each.
