Job Description

    Position Accountabilities:
    • Making outbound calls to drive monthly & quarterly end to end sales & targets
    • Selling online education courses by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospective customers
    • Log all sales activity and keep detailed notes on prospect and customer interactions
    • Assist in capturing, managing, engaging & nurturing leads into customers
    • Ability to network with senior level professionals and conduct effective presentations online/offline
    • Actively approach targeted business clients (telephone, email, social networks, etc.)
    • Manage relationships with existing customers and handling all incoming customer queries on courses
    • Provide feedback to company management on market trends , competitive threats , unmet needs , and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending company offerings
    • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
    • Ability to handle US customers
    • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops
    • Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
    • Present a professional demeanor within the Firm and externally
    • Perform against tight deadlines
    • Strong self-motivation balanced with a desire to achieve team goals
