    • Consultative Selling: Understand customer needs and tailor product recommendations to match their requirements, positioning the companys solutions as valuable solutions.
    • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to foster trust and loyalty.
    • Needs Assessment: Listen actively to customers concerns, questions, and requirements, and offer suitable solutions.
    • Quotation and Proposal: Prepare accurate quotations and proposals for potential customers, aligning offerings with their needs.
    • Closing Deals: Utilize persuasive skills and product knowledge to close sales, meeting or exceedingassigned sales targets.
    • Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-up with leads and prospects to keep them engaged and informed about new offerings.
    • CRM Management: Keep accurate records of interactions with customers and prospects in theCustomer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with other sales team members, marketing, and customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
