Job Description

Roles and ResponsibilitiesPrior Work Experience

  1. 5 years of experience, Storyline experience is mandatory
  2. Experience in using different authoring tools (Articulate storyline 360, Adobe Captivate, ISpring, Powtoon and any other additional tools)
  3. Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills, Mandate experience in E-learning content creation
  4. Proven knowledge on different instructional methodologies such as ADDIE, SAM, etc.
  5. High end knowledge on LMS
  6. Design and develop courses for different delivery modes (instructor led training, virtual training, self-directed learning, eLearning, etc.)
  7. Organized and quick in understanding and learning
  8. Proven knowledge on different instructional methodologies such as ADDIE etc.

Job Responsibility
  1. Design and create training manuals, online learning modules, and course materials
  2. Review training materials from a variety of sources and choose appropriate materials
  3. Be forward thinking when designing or redesigning instructional learning programs; ensuring that they adhere to adult learning principles/theory, instructional design theory and related strategies
  4. With ease utilize the Learning Management System to help achieve learning objectives
  5. Enjoy working with tight deadlines and providing valuable input on projects to enhance and customize training processes to exceed operational needs
  6. Creating instructional content that incorporates audio and video
  7. Create knowledge and skills assessments
  8. Evaluate learning effectiveness
  9. Apply current research and theory to learning design challenges
  10. Deliver training and presentations on education and learning design
  11. Write/Review storyboards
