Job Description

    We are hiring for a leading Logistics company for for their content Development professional in Learning & Development department.Learning & Development Content Designer is critical in ensuring that DTDCians acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles by designing effective learning experiences/journey.Key responsibilities of L&D Content Designer areNeeds Assessment:Collaborate with stakeholders to conduct training needs assessments and identify learning objectives.Determine the most effective instructional methods and strategies for meeting those objectives.Curriculum Development:Design and develop comprehensive training programs and courses using instructional design principles and adult learning theories.Create course outlines, lesson plans, and content outlines.Content Creation:Develop engaging and interactive training materials, including eLearning modules, instructor-led training materials, videos, simulations, and assessments.Design and produce multimedia content to enhance the learning experience.Timely creation of training materials with Sign off from Stake holdersLearner Engagement:Implement instructional strategies that promote learner engagement, motivation, and knowledge retention.Incorporate interactivity, gamification, and real-life scenarios into training materials.Assessment and Evaluation:Develop assessment and evaluation tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs.Analyze assessment data and learner feedback to make continuous improvements.Technology and Tools:Utilize eLearning authoring tools, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and other software to create, deliver, and track training content.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in eLearning and instructional design technology.Training Delivery:Train instructors, facilitators, or learners on the effective use of training materials and tools.Provide support during training delivery, if necessary.Collaboration:Work closely with subject matter experts, trainers, and other stakeholders to gather content and feedback.Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to align training materials with organizational goals. Content Updates and Maintenance:Regularly review and update existing eLearning content to reflect changes in technology, regulations, or best practices.Conduct content quality checks and troubleshoot issues as needed.User Experience Optimization:Optimize the user experience by ensuring content is user-friendly, engaging, and accessible.Implement instructional strategies that promote learner engagement and retention.Content Design Research:Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in instructional design and eLearning.Incorporate evidence-based practices into course design.Pl feel free to call us at - hidden_mobile.RgdsMinakshi
