Job Description

Additional qualifications in Instructional Design preferred
Must have completed at least one year as an Instructional Designer involved in storyboarding and course production support
Should be able to understand clientrsquos learning requirements and translate them into an effective brief
Liaise with SMEs for relevant content and sort out the same
Should have conceptualized and written HLDs, DLDs and storyboards
Be competent in presenting them internally and externally towards approvals and production
Brief graphic/design teams
Test the eLearning modules created for compliance
Would need to Create HLD, DLD and storyboards for corporate training based projects such as: Web Based Training, Video based tutorials, Prototypes, Simulations, etc.
