Job Description

  • Will be responsible for implementing and managing release processes for code through development, test, and production environments.
  • Plan and Schedule different releases based on the other priorities and impacts, co-ordinate with different stakeholders before coming to a release schedule. Negotiate, plan and manage all release activities
  • Measure and monitor progress to ensure application releases are delivered on time, and that they meet or exceed expectations.
  • Produce Deployment, Run Books and Implementation Plans
  • Manage relationships and coordinate work between different teams at different locations
  • Conduct Release Readiness reviews, Milestone Reviews, and Business Go/No-Go reviews
  • Maintains a release repository and manages key information such as build and release procedures, dependencies, and notification lists
  • Implement and maintain Application Automation, Infrastructure Automation and monitoring stacks
  • Basic understanding of H2H integration over internet
  • Basic understanding of various internet file transmission protocols, like Https, AS1, AS2, SFTP, FTPS, Web services (SOAP), etc.
  • Basic understanding of various security methodology that to be applied for file transfer over the internet.
  • Basic understanding of Data Level Security, like PGP, AUTACK, etc
  • Basic knowledge in UNIX commands, SQLs (Oracle)
Our Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor s degree/Master s degree preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science or any other relevant stream of education with equivalent work experience. Software skills that include Ansible/Chef/Puppet, GIT/Bit Bucket/Rundeck, Maven, Gradle, Python, Jenkins/Bamboo, Dockers/ Kubernetes, Nagios/Mpluse/Logstash as demonstrated by completion of at least 1 end-to-end project using all these software skills.
