Job Description

  • Designing and fit out of internal commercial and/or retail spaces including all drawings structural alteration, furnishings, fixtures and fittings, lighting and colour schemes.
  • To ensure and assist the project team completes the project as per the design within its planned scope, schedule and budget.
Site coordinationFunctions &ResponsibilitiesTo liaison between the Site, Vendors and management with regards to all drawing requirements.Complete project coordination. i.e. designing, space planning, preparing all required working drawings, design docket and the entire release sheet.Meeting with client,(if required) to discuss design requirements assisting with existing measurements and drafting the layout of the existing spaces.Create all aspects of design and client presentationsPert chart preparation for the client and task scheduling for the internal team.Coordination with the Internal Project team.Handle vendorsArrange material as per schedule.Liaising between management and clientResponsible for the design team their 3D viewsSkills required
  • Educational
    • Diploma/Degree in Interior Design
    • Any Graduate- Optional
  • Technical
    • Hands on experience in AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3Ds Max.
    • Good in Microsoft office
    • Good presentation skills
    • Knowledge of metric conversions and the ability to handle and make calculations
  • Professional/other skills
    • Good Oral and written communication skills
    • Timeline Driven, a quick thinker
    • Organized
