Greetings for the day !We are Interior & Turnkey solution Based firm (in Tardeo) 10 mins walking distance from Mumbai Central station (west)There is vacancy for Interior Associate in our firm with Exp of 6-7 yrs on a profit sharing basis.Who can basically handle Residence & Commercial projects independentlyThe Role of Associates are:1) This assignments is for 6 to 9 months wherein you have to complete 3 to 4 Residential projects of Approximate 20 to 25 lac each.2) You will be required to keep office timings of 10-00 Am to 7 -00 Pm. All meetings with contractors/ clients etc will be in office.3) If you have executed the projects as per point no-1 successfully with full customer satisfaction & shown positive attitude and displayed traits of handwork, honesty & integrity and good faith. you may get considered for a permanent position in the organisation at the sole discretion of management. All rules as applicable to the permanent staff in the organisation will be applicable.4) there will be no working from home concept & office timings will need to be maintained. No individual part time assignments will be undertaken by any of Associate.5) At an average 2 to 4 leads will be given to you to convert on a daily basis to convert into orders.6) the Job requires you to independently handle clients by initial this discussions, visiting site for measurement, designing , co-coordinating with contractors, Budgeting, execution and payment collection design & execute the projects, since at the initial 6 to 9 months you are on permanent.If the above profile appeals to you and you are willing to take up challengesYou may kindly contact Us.
