Job Description

  • Write targeted communications including executive messages, strategic business updates, technology success stories, people-related communications, organization announcements, as well as other timely business messages.
  • Develop and deliver content and messaging for employees (via intranet, email, collateral, video, talking points, articles, blogs, town halls, social media, etc.) consistent with objectives related to Global Technology s vision, values and objectives.
  • Work with members of the Global Technology leadership team in India and internal partners to develop and implement communications plans and programs that support and reinforce the Global Technology vision, priorities and key programs.
  • Develop an engagement strategy that facilitates the Global Technology change agenda. Work with members of the Global Technology leadership team, and with other communicators, on strategies to increase employee alignment, satisfaction and engagement.
  • Develop and organize key employee and senior leadership meetings, including town halls, offsites, small group sessions and site visits.
  • Work closely with the India content and channels team to create customized and aligned communication to support the Global Technology roadmap in the country
  • Create communications-related graphics as needed: including Intranet sites, print/web collateral, merchandise, posters, newsletters etc.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • 13-15 years internal corporate communications experience at a multi-national company, including extensive hands-on writing, editing, project management, and presentation building
  • BA/BS in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or related degree
  • Experience in technology or financial services strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success and direct experience developing executive-level messages, providing communications counsel to senior management teams, and executing strong communications plans
  • Ability to act as an independent contributor that is resourceful and can work across an organization with communication partners in the business and the in-country, regional and globally
  • Organized self-starter, project manager and multi-tasker with a proven ability to track complex and overlapping milestones and manage multiple priorities and urgent deadlines.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with peers across a firm and globally to execute projects that span across businesses and functions.
  • High level of independence, energy and integrity, demonstrates respect for a diversity of opinions and styles, and takes accountability and accepts responsibility
  • Experience with Intranet design, content development, and collaboration and measurement tools
  • Expertise in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
