    ob Title: Business Development Executive - Microfiber Cloth, Degreaser, and AbsorbentsJob Overview: As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, creating, and managing business opportunities for our range of microfiber cloth, degreaser, and absorbent products. You will play a key role in driving sales growth, establishing strong client relationships, and expanding our market reach.Responsibilities:
    1. Market Research and Analysis:
      • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
      • Analyze customer needs and preferences to tailor product offerings and strategies.
    2. Sales and Revenue Generation:
      • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
      • Actively pursue new business opportunities and clientele through lead generation, networking, and cold calling.
    3. Client Relationship Management:
      • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
      • Identify and engage with key decision-makers to promote long-term partnerships.
    4. Product Knowledge and Training:
      • Stay updated on product features, benefits, and applications.
      • Conduct product training sessions for clients and internal teams to enhance product understanding and sales effectiveness.
    5. Collaboration with Marketing:
      • Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and online/offline presence.
      • Provide valuable market insights to contribute to the development of marketing strategies.
    6. Negotiation and Contract Management:
      • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable and sustainable agreements.
      • Manage contract preparation, execution, and renewal processes.
    7. Reporting and Forecasting:
      • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
      • Provide accurate sales forecasts and contribute to overall business planning.
    Qualifications:
    • Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably in the industrial or cleaning products sector.
    • Strong understanding of microfiber cloth, degreasers, and absorbents or similar products.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Knowledge ofArabic. Urdu would be preferred.
