If you have a need for flexibility, then please discuss this with the Hiring Manager.Support Research Analyst and Investment Advisor in executing BAU tasks, adhere with regulatory requirements, ensure appropriate record keeping, implementation of new process and product initiatives, coordination with client representatives to ensure up to date portfolio records based on execution status of advisories issued. What will you be doing The candidate is expected to support Research Analysts and Investment Advisors in executing the following activities:

• Client On-Boarding
• Co-Ordinate with Front Office and CDD for document collection.
• Co-Ordinate with Front Office to ascertain the service levels expected and pricing to be offered.
• Prepare Client Risk Profile evaluation documents for review and sign-off by advisors based on client profiler submitted by clients, client interaction notes of Advisors and Front Office.

BAU Advisory

• Support advisors in timely maintenance of advisory registers in line with regulatory requirements.
• Assist advisors in calculating suitability of advice in line with standards.
• Recommend to advisors suitable portfolio actions for review and approval in respect of smaller portfolio accounts.
• Co-ordinate with service managers for execution of advice based on client instructions.
• Interface with client representatives, service managers and operations for obtaining execution status of advisory and timely recording of in portfolio.
• Support advisors in undertaking portfolio risk and performance review analysis.
• Prepare portfolio review data for mandatory periodic portfolio reviews in line with regulatory requirements.
• Provide query management desk support to front office and clients with respect to portfolios and products.

Sales Support & Collateral Management

• Support Sales and Advisors in preparing prospect pitches based on specific requirements.
• Support Advisors and Research Analyst in publication of investment strategy notes, product collaterals.
• Prepare and maintain proposition and product collaterals in line with compliance and legal prescribed guidelines.

Governance and Control

• Assist internal controls team in conducting periodic snap-checks
• Assist compliance in co-ordinating for regulatory audits.
• Assist in regulatory record management.
• Initiate periodic review of processes.
• Co-ordinate with front office in tracking and obtaining client feedback on portfolio deviation intimations and tracking corrective actions in respect of smaller advisory portfolios.

New Initiative Support

• Assist Research Teams in conducting IDD and ODD for new products, including periodic review of ODD.
• Co-ordinate with technology and operations for implementation of new product and proposition launches and process improvement initiatives.

What we re looking for:

• The Role holder will a CA/MBA(Finance) or have the appropriate alternative experience. CFA charter holders/ CFP/NCFM-IA module will be viewed favourably.
• The ideal candidate should have a thorough understanding of various asset classes and investment products.
• Candidate should also have effective communication and presentation skills with experience in regular client interactions.
• Ideal candidate should have worked in a global wealth management firm in an advisory/product role

• The role holder will possess a strong client focused mindset and proven negotiation skills, with both external and internal clients and the ability to manage and prioritise multiple demands.
• The role holder will possess strong written and verbal communication skills in English. The role holder may also possess skills in one or more additional languages.
