US-based investment firm Tiger Global Management invested $25 million in the company in September 2019 in a Series B funding round.We have a team of highly skilled technology and finance professionals, and are currently looking for highly motivated field experts to be part of our high-energy team.Position: Assistant Manager - Investor Grievance - ComplianceExperience : 3 to 6 YearsQualification: CA/ CS/ LLBResponsibilities:- Handling of Investor complaints and effective resolutions- Adherence to TAT as per regulatory timeliness- Escalation of grievances to relevant hierarchies- Tracking the responses, follow up and closure of the complaints and updating the customers on the same- MIS reports for audit, regulatory authorities NSE/ BSE/SEBI/ Depositories- Analysis of client s complaints and preparing responses- Liasioning with clients on grievances matter- Submission of responses to Regulatory authorities- Presenting case before IGRP- Effectiveness in drafting and depth of knowledge of compliance is essentials- Liasoning with legal team in respect of Arbitration matters- Handling of compliance matters- Periodic filings of regulatory submissions- Soft skills and effective presentation ability is a Must,
