Roles and ResponsibilitiesSkills : IOT Engineer 1. Perform remote site assessment of assets and existing network infrastructure of client to connect assets with IoT cloud.2. Designing network solutions and /or improving the efficiency of current networks design to accommodate communication via Edge devise to IoT cloud.3. Designs, codes and tests new Internet of Things (IoT) applications, including supporting applications and interfaces4. Hands-on experience in server-side templating languages and server-side CSS pre-processors5. In-depth understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, and CSS36. Experience in integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system7. Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code8. Implementation of security and data protection9. Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes10.Integration of data storage solutions, Working knowledge of RESTful API, Web services etc11. Good analytical and problem solving skills12. Knowledge of networking protocols 13. Hands-on experience C/C++, Java, Java Script, Python, Multi-Threading and embedded systems 14. Hands-on experience PLC/HMI programming.15. Hands-on experience MS-SQL16. Support client IT in configuring firewalls, routing, switching, anti-virus and port enablement to maximize network efficiency and security.17. Updating network equipment to the latest firmware releases and perform cyber security patching18. Install, configure and supporting network equipment including routers, proxy servers, switches, WAN accelerators, DNS and DHCP.19. In-depth understanding of computer programming, network security and networking protocols. 20. Experience working with front-end and back-end systems 21. Should be hands-on on hobby boards like Arduino, esp32, esp12e and Raspberry pi. 22. Familiarity with Big Data, Deep Learning and machine learning algorithms23. Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or an equivalent technical field Responsibilities: IOT Engineer: 1. Create and develop devices, sensors and software 2. To research, build, test, and document state-of-the-art IoT solutions with integrated electronics and firmware development. 3. To develop local IoT device software that includes monitoring, execution, and self-healing processes. 4. Documentation of IoT solutions 5. Designing, coding and testing features of IoT devices 6. Providing solutions to issues related to the connection of networks and platforms 7. Analysing user needs and working as service designers 8. Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes 9. Developing software that monitors and executes processes with writing reusable, testable, and efficient code 10.Designing platform solutions that are cloud-compatible and work with IoT applications 11.Developing software that allows IoT devices to function and connect to other devices 12.Troubleshoot and support for software deployed. 13.Implement software in all environments.14.Assists in the support and enhancement of applications.15.
