The person reports to the Global head of CIB IT Continuity (i.e. CIB ICRO), and locally to the ISPL CISO. The team currently supports the following ICRO perimeters: Global GM, Global GB, Global ALMT, Global CIO, NAR and MEA. The team interfaces with CIB IT Production, IT ADM, BCM and Architects teams to ensure IT applications have a proper continuity classification, have a DR solution and documentation relevant to their continuity level, and are tested at the right frequency. The team implements, coordinates, monitors and controls IT Continuity for IT assets within their scope in collaboration with the global team. Responsibilities The head of ISPL SSC IT Continuity is part of the CCCO Continuity & Resilience domain. They have the following responsibilities: Manages the employees and contractors that are hired in the ISPL SSC IT Continuity team Supports the global team on the Global GM, Global GB, Global ALMT, Global CIO, NAR and MEA perimeters Acts as ICRO for perimeters that are delegated by the CIB ICRO Ensures compliance with Group, CIB and regional regulatory requirements pertaining to IT Continuity Collects IT Continuity data in the IT Continuity tool of reference, and ensures its proper maintenance Deploys and maintains appropriate IT continuity framework for existing IT assets and global projects Raises awareness and organizes IT continuity training. Organizes and participates to datacenters isolation drill where relevant. Ensures IT continuity tests (e.g. Live Play, Cyber Recovery, Datacenter) are properly reported with the right level of evidences Coordinates with ICROs and BC Officers to gather IT continuity needs stated by entities and regions Ensures compliance with IT continuity requirements Technical & Behavioral Competencies Technical: Expertise on IT Continuity (Disaster Recovery, IT Resilience) and IT architecture Expertise on risk management principles (risk analysis, risk acceptance, exception request, remediation plan, etc.) Knowledge of the Corporate & Institutional Banking sector (CIB)Behavioral: Team management Communication skills Teamwork Adaptability, taking initiative Specific Qualifications (if required)Bachelors or Master s Degree in Computer Science / Information Systems / Engineering or a related fieldMinimum 8-10 years of experience in the areas of IT Resilience, Disaster Recovery, IT Architecture, etc. Skills Referential Behavioural Skills : (Please select up to 4 skills)Choose an item.Choose an item.Choose an item.Choose an item.
