Job Description Primary purpose and function of this position The Business Analyst will be part of the Success Factors LMS Service and Support team. In this role you will take part in the different activities to ensure the successful management of existing LMS systems and related processes end -to -end. From understanding business needs, defining requirements, determining the best technical solution, and implementing the solutions, such that they meet customer expectations. Specific responsibilities include: Review, analyze and classify tickets (Priority and solution types) Requirements Definition Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications Schedule and coordinating with other technical resources (e.g. information security, 3rd party developers, etc.) Qualifications Education and Knowledge Requirements 2 -3 years of relevant experience in Success Factors LMS SF LMS certified Good knowledge of ORD reporting in LMS Basic knowledge of SCORMAICC content management Knowledge of Integration and LMS API Good Knowledgeexperience of LMS standard reports and Plateau Report Designer (PRD) Good knowledge in writing SQL Queries Fluent English (Reading, Writing, Speaking) Business Process Analysis In process of validation Keyskills :
