Roles and ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Vice President & Technology Head and responsible for the abroad range of IT Infrastructure services & delivery for SHM Group.Will be responsible for leading the IT Infrastructure Team and ensuring that the service levels for the team are met in an efficient and effective manner.Work with key stakeholders of Finance, Inventory, Purchase & HR Teams to develop, implement and maintain the overall systems architecture at SHM Group.Manage the IT Infrastructure services in providing effective, efficient and secure services, which ensures the continuous operation & minimizes dowtimes.IT Infra Role:IT Support for Mumbai Division & Branches, G-Suite Administration, Manage Inhouse Datacenter & Server over Cloud and Asset Management & Purchasing.Tally Administration:Maintaining and updating accurate ledger and inventory info., Master & Transaction SYNC for GST & Group Companies. Communicating with employees on ledger and inventory creation requests and clarifying doubts related to GST and other queries if any.User Training:Training new employees on Tally System, Freshdesk, EPICOR, G Suite, DMS & all IT related software available in the organization to create maximum exposure.Epicor ERP:Overall implementation of EPICOR Project. Structuring Ledger and Inventory Masters for Epicor System.Liasoning with respective subject matter experts in the company to finalize inventories pertaining to the Boat manufacturing process.Schedule and Optimize Data backups.Reviewing Organization IT Policy and Updating it as per Industry Standards and ensuring Backups of Mission Critical Data.Desired Candidate ProfileShould have at least 4 years of experience as IT/ERP ManagerPerks and BenefitsMonthly Gross up to 50000 ,
