Job Description

    Responsible for handling the region for Asset management. Regular SLA monitoring of the tickets assigned to the team and take preventive actions to meet the agreed SLA Regular connect with the customer to review the progress of ongoing tasks. Review/Prepare daily/Weekly/Monthly reports and share with customer on agreed timelines with zero errors Identify and record the risks in day to day operations and have regular review with internal and customer stakeholders on its mitigation Ensure the 100% asset database updation within 24 hrs of any asset transaction (Allocation/surrender/ change et.) Lead and monitor the activities assigned by the business and have regular progress review with internal and customer stakeholders Conduct the PAV (Physical Asset Verification) activities as per the calendar and publish the report Ensure to take care of the assets kept in IT Stores. Ensure the adherence of IMAC activities by all the team members for any asset transaction happens Able to work in flexible shift time based on the business requirement Good Hands on on Excel.
