1) Develop contemporary IT Infrastructure Strategic development, management and operations of the IT System potential use of new age tech like Cloud Computing, AI / Machine Learning Planning, developing and implementing the IT Budget Implementation of IT strategy in conjunction with organization and business managers to ensure it supports and facilities achievement of objectives Defining Capex / Opex IT Budget keeping in mind the business objectives and strategies Manage the implementation of ERP Systems 2) Drive Efficiency through use of technology Develop and monitor MIS modelled to support business expansion Schedule upgrades and security backups of hardware and software Ensure Data Integrity and Security Adhere to Software licensing & IT laws Vendor Management 3) Strategic Support Support Finance in Statutory and Periodic Internal Audits Implement operating policies and approaches for computing and information technology including data integrity, security, backups, and disaster recovery planning 4) Cross Functional Support Manage and motivate the IT team to: Deliver on TATs for departmental support Change Query management for specific users/functions 5) Team Management Establishes and implement departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures of IT Function. Keep the IT team engaged and motivated Education & Experience: BTech/ MTech / MBA with 10 to 14 years of experience in IT Management & Operations Required Skills: Experience managing and directing technical product vendors, Service Level Agreements, and support expectations Should have experience in applications/ application development as well as IT Infrastructure Management Should have experience in Digital/ Cloud/ Project Management and should be abreast of new and changing IT Trends Good Leadership skills Good Communication skills,
