Overview Responsibilities Qualifications This position is for an IT manager who is responsible for GBS IT Application Development team. This team is focused on custom applications development in Microsoft and other non-sap software s. Administrative ownership on Applications, Databases, Code, TFS, Build and Deploy, Developer access. The ideal candidate should have strong background on technologies and experience in leading and managing a team. He should be able to provide performance feedback, career counseling and development of team members and ensure adherence to IT practices, policies and procedures A strong leader who can keep the team members motivated, enthusiastic and challenged enough to work on the deliverables.
