    Urgent hiring for IT Team Lead for Goregaon locationLocation: Goregaon, MumbaiExperience : 4+YearsJob Details:Monitoring the ticketing tool and ensuring the tickets are responded & resolved within the defined SLA.Managing all the technical and non-technical service desk activates more efficiently.Good understanding OS installation & troubleshooting.Adhere to all the process defined in the organization and also in the customer site and ensuring the team is adhering to all defined process.Strictly following all the instructions/process defined by the manager and as per the InfoSec policies in the site.Should complete all the task assigned to the individuals in the particular time period and the team should consistently achieve the minimum productivity per day.Behaving with a professional approach with the team members and with the end users.Punctual towards work and no unplanned leaves were taken as per the project requirement. Strictly following the instructions communicated by the manager.Interacts with team members and with the customer, Co-operate with other team members to achieve the workgroup goal.Adherence to moral and ethical principles, behave with honesty and deliver the best for the welfare of the organization.Attending all the training organized by the organization and improving the technical knowledge and utilizing the same for the welfare of the business.Positive attitude towards work , should be willing to accept challenges and deliver the best for the organization.(First Call Resolution) Enabling the servicedesk engineer for resolving all the tickets in the first contact with the user without a physical intervention of an engineer.Hands on Microsoft Outlook & Microsoft Excel.Ensuring that all the calls which are assigned to the on call engineers for a visit to the site should be closed within the defined SLA.Ensuring the scheduling of the team is performed as per the business requirement and all the leave request for the team is managed properly.Providing and organizing training (tech & process) to the new joiners and guiding the team to deliver high performance by the team.Auditing the tickets and providing feedback to the individuals. And one-one feedback to the individualsMust motivate the team in all aspects.Must be able to guide the team for any process and technical guidance.Must be providing support to the team to improve the individual performance.Managing conflict between the team members.Ensuring the team is following all the process and procedure in the site and performing upto the mark.Handling all the outages in the site as per the defined process in the site.All the queries and follow-up by the users are replied within the timeline.Creation of Daily, Weekly & Monthly Ticket count and analysisEnsuring there is less pending ticket in the service desk and the high ageing tickets were escalated to KSL management regularly.Handling all the technical and non-technical escalation from the end users and closing all the escalation within the same business day.If interested, kindly share CV on hidden_email
