The ITS Tech CAB Manager will prepare, coordinate and run the ITS Tech CAB including supporting ITS Tech CAB Coordinators / Managers with assistance with Change activities as listed below.JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESEnsuring ITS Tech Change Management processes are implemented according to global policies.Review higher risk proposed ITS Tech changes in ServiceNow to ensure compliance with SOPs and best practices. Rejects requests when not meeting minimum requirements.Work with Change Coordinators to submit changes and answer questions.Perform preparation for the 2x/week ITS Tech CAB meetings. Run CAB meeting and create meeting report.Develop ServiceNow reports (or via Excel) and dashboards as needed for ITS Change Management Team.Assist with audit / inspection support for questions related to ITS Tech Change ManagementAssist with the development and maintenance of ServiceNow Change models for ITS Tech servicesOrganize and perform Change Management training for ITS tech teams.Update/keep current the ITS Tech Change Management site.Coordinate ITS Tech CAB with mergers, acquisitions and divestitures programs as needed.Perform Change Management training for new ITS Tech employees / contractorsUpdate procedures related to Change Management (Knowledge Articles, Work Instructions, Guidelines) to support ITS Tech,
