Job Description

    Responsibilities and Duties:
    • Conducting software training at various NIC locations or any other NIIT cooperation
    • Prepare well for technical curriculum based on the requirement in alignment with NIIT Delivery methodologies
    • Adherence to the delivery plan in order to achieve performance-driven targets
    • Actively contribute in preparing or upgrading existing courses
    • Prepare or upgrade existing learning resources such as software problem statements, a question bank
    • Guiding students to uplift performance level and win programming contest
    • Actively involved in various team initiatives directed toward quality improvements
    • Individual contributor and inclusive team player
    • Collaborate and have a good relationship with the Client and the students
