CFT develops strategic solutions that support key business processes, including Settlements, Confirmations, Regulatory Reporting, Position Keeping, Anti-Money Laundering and Trade Surveillance.Shared Operations Technology is a group within CFT/Operations Technology division. It provides products and solutions for Operations users to control its client processing activities such as: trade inquiry; regulatory reporting; external trade matching; exception and workflow management and business process monitoring. The Work Management Fleet within Shared Operations Technology is responsible for supporting a consistent set of platforms, tools and frameworks that support common functions like Email management, event/task management , Workflow and a common web UI that are used by over 10,000 users in the Firm.Shared Operations Tech is a growing global team with 100+ members in New York, London, Budapest, Montreal, Mumbai, Bangalore and Pune., *Job RequirementsThe candidate must possess a strong technology background with advanced knowledge of Java technology.4-9 years of Java EE and Core Java experienceExperience with Web Service Development and Services Oriented ArchitectureSpring frameworkExperience with ML modules in Python or JavaFamiliarity with NLP, predictive models etc.Ability to coordinate with multiple groups, both internal and external to the firm, including offshore development and QA teams, internal infrastructure groups, vendors, and support teams.Strong development skills with ability to create and contribute to Machine Learning based platformsAbility and willingness to learn new technologies and work on the same to meet business requirements.A background that includes strong problem solving such as system integration, infrastructure debugging, or system administration.Skills Desired (Good to have)Web UI framework like Angular or REACT librarieshands on experience with cloud technologiesWorking experience on PythonFamiliarity with Jupitor Notebooks, pyTorch, OCR, Keras and other librariesWorking knowledge of Databases including Design, SQL proficiency, and Stored Procedure creationBasic Understanding of ML AlgorithmsXML Technologies such as JAXB
