ResponsibilitiesPlan, architect, design, and build Atlassian Suite (i.e. JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, Mattermost) environments Install, configure and maintain JIRA, Confluence, and other Atlassian products Collaborate with security. quality assurance, technical teams, programs, and management to implement system features that enable and support Agile software delivery Recommend and design standard and custom workflows. Install, manage and support various development tools, testing tools, and monitoring tools Plan, evaluate, deploy, operate, and maintain tools to suit the expanding user base Provide training to technical and non-technical teams on use of Atlassian products Investigate, troubleshoot and fix issues related to development, applications, application servers Recommend, configure, and update Atlassian Plugins Adhere to FISMA, CMMI and ISO certification standards and best practices, processes, and metrics standards Document standards, guidelines and standard operating procedures for admins/users of the system RequirementsExperience with administering and developing software team solutions on Atlassian tools especially JIRA and ConfluenceEvaluate software updates, plugins, addons, and changes to JIRA and Confluence Experience with best practices for performing backups and regular maintenance to include an understanding of dependencies between products Experience configuring JIRA and Confluence modules and selecting useful add-ons Excellent understanding of JIRA and Confluence workflows, permission schemes, notification schemes, screens schemes, etc. Must be able to effectively explain the features of the Atlassian product line and promote its use to the end users Understanding of continuous integration and version control systems Experience with APIs and tool integration Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, etc. Familiarity with commonly used databases like Postgres, MariaDB, mySQL and SQL competence Demonstrated experience in writing scripts in Console like bash, Python, PowerShell, JavaScript or similar as well as JQL within Atlassian products Excellent working experience integrating Atlassian products with a wide variety of third-party tools and plugins Collaborate with staff, stakeholders, external vendors and the IT team as well as gather requirements for new implementations and craft and deliver solutions Experience in supporting technical discussions with customers Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment Ability to work with minimal supervision,
