Roles and Responsibilities

Plan overall digital activities for the Brand Accounts

Set up goals and objectives for the team

Provide feedback and counsel to account staff to meet goals/objectives

Conduct performance evaluation using key metrics

Understand our requirements and needs to offer suitable solutions

Ensure the timely delivery of the pre set deliverables

Resolve issues to maintain and strengthen trust with the accounts

Read reports of subordinates and communicate overall quarterly/annual progress

Desired Profile

Proven experience of 3 - 5 years as an Account Manager or similar position

Hands - on experience in a client facing role, simultaneously managing multiple accounts

Demonstrable experience in negotiation and meeting client requirements

Solid understanding of budgeting and reporting on progress

Knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and metrics

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with aptitude in fostering long - term

relationships

Outstanding organizational skills
