Job Description

    The role holder is responsible to drive and manage assigned accounts and facilitate new sales of the product in the large enterprise segment in the regionROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :- Responsible for managing assigned accounts and facilitate new sales of the product in the large enterprise segment in the region.- Responsible for mining of the accounts to identify & materialize upselling & cross-selling opportunities to achieve their targets.- Effective Account Management and Customer Relationship- Establish a cordial relationship with the client and optimise customer satisfaction.- Competition Analysis by keeping abreast of market trends & achieving market share metrics.- Maintain regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders- Forecast and execute Booking, Billing, and Collection figuresSKILLS REQUIRED :- Strong customer engagement skills- Business analysis, critical thinking, conflict management, and problem-solving skills- Excellent verbal and written communication for influencing and leading customer-facing engagements- Good negotiation and presentation skills.
