Job Description

    Key Account Manager - Modern Trade - Food ProductsJob Responsibilities :- Deliver Revenue/Volume goals for their specific set of customers In a sustainable manner- Meet profitability objectives for their portfolio of customers.- Build strong business relationships with all relevant departments at customers including buying teams, supply chain, finance and senior management wherever possible.- Deploy customer management tools like Scorecards, Joint Business Plans and update the same on a monthly & quarterly basis respectively.- Develop promotion plans and deploy marketing budgets so as to ensure growth in revenue and penetration.- Facilitate the hygiene of commercial processes - reconciliation, debit note accounting and any other process that would enable the timely payment from customers.- Ensure high level of engagement with customers vide Monthly reviews, Facilitating Top to Top Engagement etc.Requirements :- Graduate with 6-9 years sales experience in the Food & Beverages Industry. MBA preferred but not mandatory.- Strong negotiations skills- The incumbent will need to be proficient in Key Account Management, managing data and leveraging insights to drive the penetration of the brand.- Capable of working under pressure. Capable of working in unstructured environment.- Entrepreneurial mind set to stuff done quickly and with minimum support.- Strong communication skills with confidence in communicating / collaborating with senior management.,
