Key Account Manager for a B2B MNC Company1. Develop and manage key customer accounts, understand customer needs through regular customer visits to ensure customer value is achieved2. Grow and develop customer base to increase business opportunity3. Put together a plan to leverage existing and future business opportunities4. Establishing and overseeing internal budgets with the company and external budgets with the client5. Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each clients long-term goals.6. Periodically resolve key client issues and complaints7. Collaborating with relevant internal cross functional teams to ensure key clients needs are met.8. Ensure accuracy of forecast by using key account metrics.9. Monitor and report market information to present to key stakeholders10. Participate in tender negotiations with key clients11. Ensure Full Compliance of the EHS Requirement in the area under control and provide appropriate EHS reports12. Must have experience in handling B2B clients preferably in chocolate and confectionary industry.,
