Job Title: Key Accounts Manager (Modern Trade Outlets)
Business: ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions, SAARC Region

Reports to: Business Development Manager

Position Summary:
ASSA ABLOY is looking for Key Accounts Manager for Large Format Retail channel for Yale Retail, based out of Mumbai to handle existing key accounts and develop business contracts and working relationship with new partners. The role involves identification of new segments and partners for business engagement, market analysis, setting entire mix of products for expansion across new markets in India.
Responsibility & Requirements:
Responsible for Modern retail business of ASSA ABLOY and Strategic Alliances
Responsible for Account Penetration in Large Format Retail, maintain Product Penetration and Visibility Index.
Develop E - Commerce Business of MTO by managing strategic market place alliances.
Manage online listing and product visibility; update Pricing, Inventory Planning, etc. on their online platforms.
Strengthening and gaining significant market share from MTOs.
Planning and implementing New Product launches across platforms.
Focus and drive channel expansion across the region / PAN India.
Design and develop consumer promotionalactivities and providesupport towards all brand activations. Aligning with Marketing Calendar, Branding, Planogram
Ensure delightful experience is offered to the end consumers through best in class in shop demonstrations and communication.
Prepare & present reports on the Category periodically.
Ensure that all marketing brochures and catalogues are up to date and shared among entities.
Skills Required
Must Knowledge of working modalities, scheme construct and financial models used at Modern Trade with existing relationships with the Account Managers and Category Managers at leading large format retails / regional MTOs.
Ability to present/demonstrate the products successfully to the customers.
Knowledge of Data Analytics to ensure proper sales analysis and forecasts
Problem solving skills to understand root cause and articulate the same
Negotiation skills to ensure proper channel management
Organized work ethics, Time discipline & responsiveness is required
Develops partnerships, keeps stakeholders updated on progress of targets and activities on time
Proficiency in MS excel and power point
Qualification Criteria:
Graduate degree, preferably electronic engineer & Post graduate in management.
6 - 8 years previous total experience with Consumer Durables, Home improvement product category, especially MTOs.
Should be willing to travel extensively across India
