Job Description

    SynergyLink is looking for Key Accounts Manager - Ecomm for FMCG (Food & Beverages) Industry Location : MumbaiCTC : 16 to 17LHandling PAN IndiaJob Location : MumbaiHe/She will need to Deliver the plan in the E Commerce Channel including E Grocers like Big Basket, Flipkart, Grofers, Amazon etc. and across food tech companies like Zomato, Swiggy and Faasos.Job Responsibilities :The job responsibilities include :- Drive profitable growth across channels- Work with Supply Chain to deliver Best-In-Class Service Levels- Work with Marketing team to build and execute a Marketing Calendar for priority customers.- Develop team membersKPIs :- Delivery of AOP - Revenue/Channel P&L- Increase in Penetration/Beverage IncidenceRequirements :- Understanding of E Comm Business Process- He/She has to understand the EComm business process.- The incumbent will need to be proficient in Key Account Management, managing data and leveraging insights to drive the penetration of the brand across platforms.- He/She should have a basic understanding of Digital Marketing.- Capable of working under pressure. Capable of working in unstructured environment.- Prior FMCG experience or working in an E Comm portal is mandatory.- Entrepreneurial mind set to stuff done quickly and with minimum support.- Strong communication skills with confidence in communicating / collaborating with senior management,
