Their website allows candidates to create their profiles with current and previous employers, such that these employers cant access their profiles, while new employers can find them easily. A relationship manager is associated with the candidate to help with interviews, applications, resume building and eventually to negotiate terms.They have unique refer and earn offers for candidates to ensure more talent is attracted to their website, while they provide assured hiring for companies at reasonable fees and replacement guarantees. Preferred by leading companies like Dunzo, Flipkart, Gaana, Rapido, Truecaller, Cred, PharmEasy and more, the company has helped scale many startups in the last 3 years.As a Key Accounts Manager, you will work in a client-facing role and will be assigned a basket of clients for whom you must ensure to achieve their tech and product hiring goals. You will be expected to manage a team of Associate Account Managers who will report you.What you will do:- Onboarding clients and ensure they understand how best to use the company platform.- Understanding client hiring requirements and suggesting suitable candidates from the talent pool- Sourcing candidates through a combination of channels such as companys internal candidate database, headhunting, referrals, social media etc.- Navigating the complete recruitment cycle for clients and maximizing hires.- Managing the candidate status and communication in our applicant tracking system- Developing sustainable relationships by being a main point of contact between key clients and internal teams- Negotiating offers between candidates and clients to minimize dropouts- Managing a team of Associate Account Managers to achieve team and company-wide targets- Working with the Co-Founders directly to define an optimal hiring process for each clientCandidate Profile:What you need to have:- Great English communication both written and spoken- Experience with various sourcing strategies like headhunting, job posts, social media, referrals etc- Ability to pitch company to potential candidates in an engaging and persuasive manner- The skill to shortlist candidates as per the desired requirements of the client Conscientious- Always on top of your pipeline without a need for reminders or follow-ups- A desire to work in a rapidly scaling startup,
