Position: Key Account ManagerReports to: Directly Reports to Regional Head.Educational / Experience Requirements: BE/BTech & MBA/PGDM from renowned Institution is preferred.Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled Key Account Manager to oversee the relationships of the companywith its most important clients. The ideal candidate will be apt in building strong relationships with strategic customers. You will be able to identify needs and requirements to promote our companys solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction. The goal is to contribute in sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.Roles and Responsibilities:Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn tocompetitionAcquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirementsExpand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions thatmeet their objectivesEnsure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely mannerServe as the link of communication between key customers and internal teamsResolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintaintrustPlay an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationshipsPrepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders usingkey account metricsDesired Skills and Experience:4-6 years of Proven experience as key account manager and Knowledge of Retail Branding/Turnkey Projects is a plus.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships withprofessionals of all organizational levelsAbility to translate strategies into execution plans and take them to completionProven track record of delivering revenue against specified targetsAbility to influence at varying levels across the organizationAbility to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixedLocation: Andheri, MumbaiWorking Days:6 Days Alt Sat off, Other Sat HalfdaysWorking Time: 9:30 AM-6:30 PM (Work from Office, unless lockdown)
