  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : 1 Experience in designing and maintaining complex Interfaces between HRIS systems with Workforce Integration Management XML API required Should be proficient in Design Build Test Deploy and scheduling the Integration process involving third party systems Develop and modify interfaces using WIM interface tool provided by Kronos 2 Sound knowledge on Workforce Dimensions Rest API SOAP framework XML Web service design is required 3 Should have prior experience in team management
      • Technical Experience : 1 Strong technical knowledge on all phases of Kronos applications Kronos Workforce Manager 70 and greater Kronos Mobility and working knowledge of access profiles display profiles organizational mapping 2 Should have knowledge of MS SQL query 3 Should have sound expertise on Oracle PL SQL Custom Reports Unix shell scripting 4 Should be proficient building custom reports with hands on experience on RDL files
      • Professional Attributes : 1 Must have Good Communication skill Capable of Client facing 2 Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem solving 3 Excellent communication skills flexibility responsiveness
      • Educational Qualification : 1-15 yrs of full time education
