- Create client of BNPP CIB in Fenergo- Capture/ update clients shareholdings structures and associations based on available clients documents / information in Fenergo- Upload all clients information related to ownership and organizational structure in Fenergo- Ensure the quality of data captured in Fenergo (perform 4 eyes check)- Formalize HM process in Standard Operating Procedure format- Train new joinersCompetencies- deal with tight deadlines and work under pressure- well organised and accurate- quality oriented- responsible- team player- hardworking, eager to learn and accurateSkills- Solid knowledge of AML-TF regulations and KYC requirements would be a plus- Strong capacity to adapt to new environment, processes and tools- Excellent analytical skills- Strong risk awareness (compliance risk, data protection, etc.)- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills- Fluent English.
