1. Ensure L2/L3 level proactiveness for preventive and reactivemaintenance2. Prioritize faults to meet the defined SLA2. Handle emergencies and critical problems by coordinating at L3 level/ Vendor TAC3. Investigate faults / causes related to problems in system / network4.
