Job Description

  • Job description:
    • Mainly responsible for the local modifications and development, and trials at lab and field support, testing of cement and concrete products for the region West.
    • Understand the technical request sent by the sales team along with regional concrete manager and formulator.
    • Preparation of admixture samples as directed by the formulator and regional concrete manager.
    • Conduct concrete trials as per the relevant code and as directed by the formulator.
    • Field RMs to be arranged in co-ordination with the sales team and concrete technologist. If required competitor sample to be arranged from different job site across respective regions to bench mark the same.
    • Sourcing of the potential RMs or arranging the required RMs from the respective factories and maintain sufficient inventory of RMs.
    • Testing of developed products initially at the companys lab, after establishing the product techno commercially at lab level and final trials or demonstration either at Job site and/ or at third partys lab etc. as appropriate.
    • Arranging physical, chemical and Performance Test Certificate internally and externally.
    • Testing of Raw materials.
    • Any other additional task agreed with the line Manager. ,
